If driving downtown, make sure you park in one of the parking garages or lots around Union Station. The tour sometimes last longer than 2 hours and the street meters only last for 2 hours and we don't want anyone getting a ticket. Make sure you ask your guide for coupons for discounts with our partners.
Tour starts at the flagpole in front of Union Station - 1701 Wynkoop Street, Denver CO
We ask that you check-in 15 minutes prior to the start time with our tour host. We will then give you further instructions.
Cancellation of standard tickets within five business days of an individual or group booking will not be refunded. If it is a discounted ticket, or a group rate booking, no refunds will be entertained at all.
If it is raining heavily, not only will it be unpleasant - it becomes potentially dangerous in some of the places we go on our tours. If in doubt go to our website www.darksideofdenver.com. Unless notified otherwise - we run the tour. As a result, you will need to turn up, on time, with sensible walking shoes, warm clothes as needed, and an umbrella if wet weather is predicted. In the case of bad weather being deemed unpleasant and potentially dangerous, you will be issued a refund if the tour is cancelled due to weather.
Great tour! Brooks was very knowledgeable about the paranormal world of Denver.
Great guide. Good information.
Highly recommend. Great history, fun places and great stories!
As a lover of ghost stories and a horror writer, I found this tour to not only be spooky, but entertaining and wonderfully conducted. Brook, our tour guide, was engaging--a brilliant storyteller. The places we toured in downtown Denver were excellent choices, chock-full of history with eerie back stories.
Enjoyed this historical tour of the dark side of Denver. Guide did and excellent job answering questions, setting the tone of tour and accomodating the group which included children.
